Day 21 – after being sick and consuming all those cheat meals, I finally got better. I guess I over-worked out while my menstruation came…women’s problemssssss.
I went to morning session – ran MORE than usual, like A LOT more. I was actually impressed. Oh and I had the sauna suit on too — the sweat! Session at the gym started with punching the sandbags 500 times and doing the pads as always. My trainer was in a good mood this morning, he let me pause for a lot of breath — good for me! I also tried to complain lesser…I also did the weight-training circuit too.
GAO LHAO for breakfast! Only vegetable and pork, no noodles. But I put in three spoons of rice only. I was starving after the tough session this morning!
Sweets for my afternoon — Taro Smoothie 0% sweet + aloe vera. It can make your tummy full for a while!
Afternoon snacks that helped me get through before the evening session! Priz snacks seaweed flavour and cereal bar in banana and chocolate flavour (only 102kcal!)
HARDCORE PADS IN THE EVENING SESSION. MY TRAINER WAS ON FIRE SERIOUSLY.
Then he made me go run after the session with FULL ON SAUNA SUIT.
What I had after my work-out : coconut smoothie (no milk, no sugar) more like coconut with ice only. And a few pieces of guava (adding VITAMIN-C!)
